Welcome August, It’s Time To Mix & Match with Eileen Hull!

Here we are at the start of a new month and the theme for the Team is “Mix & Match”. That means combining old and new product into exciting projects for your inspiration!

First up is Sarah Lizzie with this beautiful artist themed phone stand. She used Eileen’s Gift Box Die With Scalloped Edges Die for the base and decorated it with the new Rainbow Wheel Die Set. Love it! Find more details and the how to here!



Pam Bray created a cool journal using all sorts of dies from Eileen’s product line. I really like how she has a flap acting as the closure mechanism. Some of the main dies she used are the Journal Die, Notebook Die and Rainbow Wheel Die Set. See more details here.


We have an extra project from Sue Eldred! She embossed a mat for this photo to create an elegant home decor piece. Wow! Check out the tutorial in her post.

Use Eileen Hull Dies to Organize!

Hi friends, Eileen here. You can use my dies to organize supplies! On today’s live, I will be creating with the Gift Box Die and making an organizer for my newly cleaned off workspace. Watch and see how simple it is to construct these boxes and keep ephemera at your fingertips. Or use them for a desk organizer in your office – they fit anywhere!


On Thursday, I am excited to have Margaret Sidenstick on for a new monthly feature! Margaret and I will be pushing the envelope on some dies and putting a new twist on them. This is going to be so much fun!

Still organizing…

I am still at it, going through boxes and supplies, working on the #TIDYUP2025 Challenge we have going on in the Eileen Hull Fan Club Facebook group. If you want to be part of it, just take before and after pics of your space and share with us all. It keeps me going and I get great tips on ways to store things. On Tuesday I will do the first giveaway so make sure to watch the live!


I have had to make some hard decisions… How is it going for you? I have been getting down to boxes I have not seen in years! Today I am organizing the Teams’ samples and it is a treasure trove! SO MANY IDEAS! But I am trying to stay focused. I haven’t been online much because I am really on a roll and don’t want to lose momentum. I love seeing pics of your spaces and on Sunday, January 26, make sure to watch because I will be sharing the video of what I have gotten up to so far when I take part in Cara Brandon’s monthlong Declutter and Get Organized 2025 Challenge; you can go here to see the calendar of events. Just click on each day and it will take you right to the video.

Last Thursday we did a live for Realeather showing how to make cord organizers from leather and I showed how to set a snap, rivet and button stud. Nothing like a good tool to get the job done! Just in time for all of our reorganizing efforts. You can watch it HERE if you missed it!

Projects from the Inspiration Team…

This month the project theme for the Creative Team is “Friendship”. The designers are going back to any of Eileen’s dies or products in their stashes and creating some wonderful projects to inspire you!

Jenny Marples took to her needle and thread to create fabulous stitched coasters. Check out Eileen’s Instagram account to catch the little how-to video. Jenny used the Plate & Pattern 4-Layer Stencil Set to mark her stitching lines on the fabric. So clever!


Tonya Trantham created this beautiful floral decor piece using the Charms and Shadowbox Frames Die Sets (plus some others). Check it out on her blog for the how-to!

Kick Off for Comfort & Joy Event 2023 in the Eileen Hull Fan Club!


Welcome to our kick off for the Comfort & Joy event! This is our fourth annual Comfort & Joy which started during the pandemic as a way to stay connected throughout the holidays even though we were separated from family and friends. Now it’s a Eileen Hull Fan Club tradition!

The team will be creating with holidays recipes that include an Eileen Hull die or product! Keep in mind “recipes” can include anything – actual baked goods, journals, banners, tags, cards, home decor, gift wrap and gifts to give and sell. Please make sure to share YOUR “recipes” in the Comfort & Joy ’23 photo album in our Fan Club group – there will be prizes! It’s Box Bonanza Month with Eileen Hull Sizzix Dies!

Hello September! A new month equals a new theme and this time around it’s Box Bonanza month. Eileen Hull has designed many different box dies over the years so we’re excited to see what the Inspiration Team designers are going to come up with.

This week we have a strong showing of projects created using Eileen’s newest box die, the Slotted Treat Box Die. (This is a Plus size die so you need a large format machine to use it.) First up is Karen Bearse. She used it to create a box to hold all the #ICAD cards she made for a recent challenge. It holds the 4″ x 6″ cards perfectly! Find all the details on Karen’s blog.

Lisa Hoel created this treasure box project for the Chapter 3 release and is appropriately sharing the tutorial during Box Bonanza month. The Slotted Treat Box Die cut the structure and it’s decorated with panels embossed using Eileen’s Keys 3-D Embossing Folder. The tutorial is on Lisa’s blog.
