Eileen Hull Sizzix Dies and Springing out of March

What a month! We are almost through it. I hope that you’ve had a chance to be crafty and try some new things. The Team has some more Eileen Hull Sizzix dies inspiration for you before we spring out of March. The theme all month has been, of course, Spring! Bring on the green and the flowers!

Lisa Hoel has forsaken the terrestrial and created a fanciful undersea mermaid’s garden in the form of a shaker card as a gift for her sister in law’s birthday. The card base is made with the Display Stand Die. Head on over to Lisa’s blog to find out how she made it!

Team member Julia Aston also used the Display Stand die to create a timely project for the state of our world right now. I love the sentiment and totally agree with it. For another example of crafting being good for the soul, Elizabeth Robinson used the Gift Box with Scallop Edges Die to make a little box to hold prayers written on die cut slips of paper. What a fabulous idea! Visit her blog for more photos and the tutorial.

Spring is coming ever closer and anticipation is growing along with the daffodils! Green replacing brown? Check! Flowers starting to appear? Check! Warmer weather? Well, sort of around here. 😉 Your weather may be all over the map, but here in blogland the Team has a passel of cheerful creations to brighten your day even if it might snow this weekend. Lisa Hoel has created a wee little fairy forest on the sides of the Gift Box which she used as a container for a spray of paper shamrocks. (There are a few lucky ones in there!) Head on over to her blog post and you will see all the detail photos and the how to.

Spring into March with Fresh Sizzix Inspiration from Eileen Hull

March has come upon us and spring will soon be here! This month Eileen Hull’s Inspiration Team is treating us to a month of spring themed projects using her latest Display Stand and Gift Box with Scallop Edges Dies. Think spring holidays and garden flowers – it’s all headed your way.

Kicking us off is Pam Bray with a darling memo holder made with the Display Stand Die. March 17th is St. Patrick’s Day and this delightful project is perfect to mark the occasion! Check out her blog to find out how it all came together.

Hey everyone our April Art with Heart Spring Break challenge is almost over. However, that hasn’t stopped the Inspiration Team from bringing you even more Spring Break Sizzix Projects featuring my new collection Vintage Travel! My girls have really outdone themselves this month by creating multiple Vintage Travel projects to inspire you. I sure am excited about the release of Vintage Travel (now shipping) and I hope you will be too. Let’s have a look at what the Inspiration Team has in store for you this week.

Our beloved artful friend Anna-Karin Evaldsson is back again with a knock-your-socks off Tool Box tutorial featuring DecoArt Media! This Nature’s Toolbox project and tutorial is over the top.

Oxana Moupasiridou is tantalizing us once again with her mixed-media techniques. How fabulous is this Train Case? Wow!
