As we know, it’s the little details that can really make a project! This June, we are focusing on using Eileen’s dies to make journal fodder – those little bits and pieces that make your journal pages sing. Let’s see what inspiration the designers have for us this week…

Designer Tonya Trantham used the Journaling Card, Envelope & Windows Die Set to make a stuffed envelope folio that is perfect to include in a larger project. Love it! You can see more on her blog plus the video flip through below!

Check out this awesome journal fodder idea from Susie Bentz! Stamps and stencils combined with the Mini-Slimline & Tickets Thinlits Die Set equals delightful bits perfect to layer into a collage. (The Snail Mail Die would work well too.) What a great idea! Find the details in Susie’s post.

Creative Recipe – Words, Tags & Pockets with Eileen Hull

The creative recipe for March has been a fun mix of words, tags and pockets! Designers have been whipping up a delectable spread of projects for your inspiration and the fun isn’t stopping yet. Let’s see what we have for this week…

Lisa Hoel decided to make tags as the background for a card. She die cut one using the Tile Alphanumeric Die and embossed others with some of Eileen’s 3-D Embossing Folders. So much texture! Find the details on her blog post.

Designer Maggi Harding has a few projects to share. She’s been a busy bee for sure! First, she made a whole slew of ATCs with matching pockets using the Library Pocket, ATC Card & Tabs Die Set. (See them all in her blog post.)

Happy July Eileen Hull fans! This month the creative theme is “Travel Memories”. How do you like to preserve the memories of your trips and travels? Here we like to use Eileen Hull’s dies and stamps of course! Her various journal dies are perfect for making albums. Over the course of the month, I’m sure we’ll see other very creative ways to document those travel memories too. Let’s jump into this week’s inspiration…

Maker Forte New Stamp Release – Making Plans

Yesterday Eileen Hull and Maker Forte had a new stamp release. Did you miss the live Release party? You can watch the replay HERE. The set is called Making Plans and is a really useful stamp set especially if you are into planners or journaling. Here’s what Eileen has to say about it,

“I am excited to release the Making Plans stamp set! If you use a planner, diary, calendar, date book, birthday book or write down any kind of list, this is the set for you! You get a vintage typeset list of days of the week, months, and words associated with planning, organizing or a few phrases just for fun. Along with that there are also eight label shapes that the words will fit it. These are great to use in journals, to customize cards, and on tags and other ephemera. Join me and the team to see uses for this fun stamp set!”

Fibers, Fabric and Felt – Creating with Eileen Hull Dies

Time marches on to… March! Can you believe we are already two months in to the year? I guess time flies too. 😉 Anyhow, we have a fun new theme for you Eileen Hull fans! This month we are creating with fibers, fabric and felt! Eileen Hull’s Sizzix dies cut through felt and fabric beautifully as you will see and fibers add the perfect accent to so many projects. Let’s see what the Inspiration Team has for us to kick off the month…

Designer Pam Bray created a beautiful little sewing essentials box using the Book Box Die for the structure. She also embellished it with fibers and used Eileen’s new Maker Forte stamps sets Snail Mail Postage and Button Cards #2. They all make a winning combination! Jennie Atkinson worked her shabby chic magic and crafted this gorgeous make! I love how she layered the lace, fabric, trims and all the bits. Rounding out this trio of fabulous Book Boxes is Karen Bearse’s dazzling Klimt box. Wow! Gold leaf and glam for the win Karen! The front piece is 3 dimensional and Karen made it using resin and a Stamperia mold. We can’t forget the rustic fibers attaching all those cool charms and beads to the closure too.
