Eileen Hull Project Inspiration from the Creative Team

20 Feb

Hi friends! I had so much fun creating Valentines this year but I am happy to move on to spring crafting – how about you? We also have more project inspiration from the Creative Team to share.

In the process of #tidyup2025, I found I have quite a collection of beads 😳. So I thought I would create some “Journal Jewelry” with them. All you need is some beads, wire, jump rings, and pliers. Join me in creating some fun dangles and charms for your journals on Tuesday’s LIVE!

On Thursday, it’s time for more leather crafting. We will be creating with one of Realeather‘s kits – it’s a classic and would make a great gift for anyone who has a credit card! Watch HERE …

Project inspiration from the Creative Team…

For February, the project theme for the Creative Team is “Anything Goes”. The designers are going back to any of Eileen’s dies or products in their stashes and creating some wonderful projects to inspire you!

Tonya Trantham was able to complete a work in progress – a beautiful prayer journal. The base was made using the Skinny Mini Book Box Die. Find all the details in Tonya’s post. Also check out her flip through video below!

Designer Jenny Marples created a set of Notebooks that fit perfectly inside a matching Treasure Box. Their cheerfully colored collage style is a visual treat! Don’t miss the video below for a closer look…

More details, don’t miss it…

Tonya Trantham also has a bonus project to share with you – a Valentine she made using the Mini Album Die for the card base. See the other dies she used and her process in her post.

Take a class with Eileen Hull!

I am so excited to be traveling out to California at the end of February to Frank Garcia Studio! It is beautiful store and I’ve got some really fun projects to share. It’s worth a trip just to see Frank’s store but while you’re at it come and take a class or two! I’m starting to pack for my visit to Frank Garcia Studio in a couple of weeks! Sign up now because I may need to order more looms – look at what we are making! This is just one of the projects … I will be teaching three classes – you can register HERE!

On Tuesday’s live, I finished up what we started last week – we used the Gift Box Die to create an organizer for my newly cleaned off desk! Watch the first part where we constructed the container HERE. See how simple it is to construct these boxes and keep ephemera at your fingertips. Or use them for a desk organizer in your office – they fit anywhere!

On Thursday, Margaret Sidenstick joined me for a new monthly feature where we take a die and find an alternate way to use it. Margaret made a half size Journal and I made a Paper Sorter using the Journal die. Watch HERE!

Still getting organized in 2025!

I am still at it, going through boxes and supplies, working on the #TIDYUP2025 Challenge we have going on in the Eileen Hull Fan Club Facebook group. If you want to be part of it, just take before and after pics of your space and share with us all. It keeps me going and I get great tips on ways to store things. More giveaways coming soon!
