Top Drawer Challenge in September with Eileen Hull

26 Sep

This month the Inspiration Team is focusing on using Eileen’s Stacking Drawer Die in their creative projects. You can configure the draewr in all sorts of ways as well as using it on its own. (It also fits perfectly inside the Treasure Box.) Let’s wrap up our month of inspiration and see what the designers have for us this week.

Designer Lisa Hoel stacked up three drawers to make this little fall themed decoration. Think of all the nuts this squirrel could fit in the drawers ha ha. You can find out more about this whimsical make in Lisa’s blog post.

Sue Eldred used the Stacking Drawer Die to create a darling miniature dresser. Perfect for a ‘top drawer challenge’ ha ha. That is so cute and such a great idea! Sue has a tutorial on her blog that you will want to see for sure. Sue is going to use it on her desk to hold little bits.

Flashback project…

We’ve noted that the Stacking Drawer Die fits perfectly into the Treasure Box and here’s a flashback example from Lisa Hoel. This is her “Space Adventure in a Box” from 2019. Lisa is a sci-fi fan so she incorporated those themes into this fun project. Find all the details in her post!
