2024 – Eileen Hull’s January Sizzix Classics Release

Welcome to the 2024 January Sizzix Release Party of Eileen Hull’s newest die collection! We are celebrating with a Live party and this Blog Hop! Eileen’s Teams have been hard at work creating with Eileen’s new products and have quite a lineup of inspiration for you.

Here is what Eileen has to say about her new collection:

You asked for it – we did it! The Classic Cantilever Sewing Box, Embroidery Hoop and Needle Book dies have been brought back because you asked. These dies all relate to stitching but of course may also be used in other ways. They are all Bigz dies which are so versatile because of the number of materials that may be cut with them.

I have fond memories of my Mom’s wooden sewing box and designed this Cantilever Sewing Box to replicate that. It’s great for storing sewing supplies like needles, thread, buttons, floss and pins- but it also works for hair bands and clips, small storage items, jewelry, desk organization and small treats. Use the drawers separately to organize your desk drawers or create a shadowbox – so many ways to use! Finished size is 3 1/2” x 6 1/4” x 2 1/4”.

The Embroidery Hoop measures 4” and is designed to be cut from thick material such as matboard or chipboard. You can actually tuck thin fabrics in the hoop and stitch on them. Or you can die cut from paper and use the hoop on card fronts. Use the pieces separately or all together.

The Needle Book is also a ScoreBoard die and features a pretty scalloped edge to the book. It measures 3 1/2” x 2 1/4″ x 1/2″ and is perfect for storing your stitching needles and pins – works great when made from felt! But it can also be made from matboard, chipboard, leather or fabric – one of the benefits of the Bigz dies.

Today we have Eileen Hull Paper Flower Projects galore to share with you! My new Sizzix collection Paper Flower Party is out NOW and the Inspiration Team is sharing all sorts of creative ways to use the new dies and textured impressions folders. As an added bonus we have TWO new team members to introduce to you. Our new team members will be sharing their own Eileen Hull Paper Flower Projects with plenty more inspiration to come!

Our newest Inspiration Team member Jonathan Fong starts off the Eileen Hull Paper Flower Projects with a capital A amazing clothing creation! With his signature J. Fong Style Jonathan used the Romance Flower and Spring Leaves Dies to create a stylish Men’s Blazer sure to have people asking “Where’d you get those threads?”

Jonathan came out with a bang with his inaugural Inspiration Team project and I can. Not. WAIT. to see what he comes up with next! Stop by Jonathan’s Blog to say hello and welcome him to the team. Our next new Inspiration Team member is the wonderfully talented Julia Aston! Sticking with our floral theme Julia has created an adorable Garden Tin featuring my re-released Suitcase Die and the Garden Tools set from Picket Fence. I just adore this garden themed creation. It makes me want to go out into the garden and plant all kinds of pretty flowers.

Pam recently joined the G45 team and it’s obvious why she was chosen 🙂 Pam’s patterned paper prowess is something to marvel at and I love how she has incorporated my new dies into this stunning project.

Donna Budzynski has TWO Eileen Hull Paper Flower Projects to share this week. Donna’s first creation is SUPER creative and a real “Hoot” to boot! How adorable is this Owl Message Board? Donna used the Heart and Soul Flower to create her owl eyes. What a clever idea!

Donna was having so much fun making paper flowers she created enough for a second project. This show stopping, Graphic 45 Heart and Soul Flower arrangement is a Paper Flower Party indeed! I want to ask Donna to make one for me 🙂

AK used my Cantilever Sewing Box die along with the Romance Flower and Spring Leaves die and decorated all of her pieces with Alphabet Stamps.

Hey everyone! We are wrapping up the month of April with Paper Flower Party Tutorials galore! All month-long we’ve seen gorgeous projects featuring dies from my new Sizzix Collection Paper Flower Party. Hey everyone! It’s the final week in our “Stitch in Time” challenge. For the entire month of November my Inspiration Team has been showcasing my new Sizzix Stitchlits Collection with their Sew-Crafty projects. We are finishing out November with Sizzix Stitchlits Project Ideas Galore!
