Hello there crafty friends! The Inspiration Team is back with even more fresh takes on some of my older Sizzix dies. The girls will be incorporating the “old” with new dies, products and techniques to give you some fresh inspiration! You can join in on the fun by searching through your stash and breathing new life into some of YOUR older dies and supplies! Art with Heart Challenge August “Choose Your Own Theme”

Hello there creative friends! Wow can you believe we are in our final month of summer? Here at Art with Heart we want to end the summer with a bang so we’re going to let YOU choose your own theme for the August Art with Heart Challenge! Not only that, we’ve got an awesome Sizzix prize pack that you can win just for sharing your creations with us. For this challenge we encourage you to dig deep into your stash and break out some oldies but goodies and make them new again! Use forgotten dies, stamps, trims, techniques or what have you and make them new again with a fresh project. The theme you choose is completely up to you!

The Inspiration Team will be creating projects with some of my older dies from my earlier collections. One lucky winner will receive a prize pack of dies the IT is creating with! Let’s see what the girls have in store for us this week….

Paper Trail 6 Review

Well the past ten days have been quite the roller coaster… but we had a great show and made it back alive!

I was accompanied by my designer friend Karen Bearse.

We left on Friday, July 17 so we would have plenty of time to drive the 727 miles to Schaumburg, site of the Paper Arts Show put on by Crafter’s Home and the Craft & Hobby Association. Made it to Fremont, OH where we stopped for the night.

We rolled into Schaumburg with no major disasters along the way. When we arrived at the Renaissance, we noticed that there was a big event going on at the hotel and every. parking. space. was taken…. [Read more…]
