Sizzix Paper Flower Projects to Try

It’s a beautiful day for some Sizzix Paper Flower Projects! If you are stateside and celebrating Memorial Day weekend I hope you get some crafty time to try out some of these inspired floral creations from the Inspiration Team. Throughout the month of May the team has been sharing creative ideas using my Sizzix Flower dies and more! Have a look at what’s blooming this week.

A tisket a tasket Nicole Wright has a beautiful blooming basket to share! Nicole got inky with Dylusions sprays and my Pansy die to create her beautiful blooms for sale. She also used the Basket die to hold her bold and beautifully colored blooms.

Michelle Zerull shares a lovely blooming branch creation just bursting with shades of blue! Michelle used a tiny flower die included in the Bookmark Tag and Pocket set to create this lovely decor piece.

Karen Bearse shares a happy, colorful journal using the the Journal Die with Dylusions inks, stamps and stencils. Karen added dimension and texture to her journal cover with Dylusions dyed crinoline Heart Petal die cuts.

Anne Redfern takes us back to the Artist Trading Block days with a gorgeous floral ATB! Anne colored her ATB with my Clearsnap Blends ink ad added interest to her creation with AALL and Create stamps designed by IT member Tracy Evans! The beautiful bloom on top of the ATB was created using the Pansy die!

Pam Bray shares a gorgeous garden party invitation using the House Pocket and Romance Flower dies. Pam’s project includes stitched edges, inking with Clearsnap Blends and wire elements created using my Twist and Style tool.

All month long the Inspiration Team has been sharing their creative ways to use my Heartfelt Sizzix Collection along with old favorites from collections of the past. The ever clever Jonathan Fong always finds a unique way to use Sizzix dies and other supplies. His latest creation uses album covers along with the House Pocket die to make a perfect plant holder!

The succulent sounds of vinyl may be a thing of the past but you can still use those fab album covers to hold your succulents! Take a spin over to Jonathan’s blog where he goes on record with a detailed tutorial.

Calling all Star Wars fans…Karen Bearse has the perfect project to bring out your inner Jedi Master. Using the House Pocket die and a Star Wars Paper Pad Karen has created the ultimate Sizzix Star Wars project. Use this technique for a cool card or add to your fan journal the possibilities are as vast as the universe.

Pam Bray shares an adorable House Pocket Note Holder. Techniques abound in this pretty and practical project. Texture was added with Crackle paste from Deco Art Media and stenciled over lovely patterned paper. Pam used my Make it 3-D die to turn the House Pocket into this oh so cute note holder. Stitchy Flowers and Leaves along with other trims adorn the front.

Introducing the Heartfelt Sizzix Collection

Hey everyone! It’s a new month and time for a new Sizzix collection. Today I would like to introduce you to my new Heartfelt Sizzix Collection! My new collection debuted at Creativation back in January and will be shipping to stores in April. All month long the Inspiration Team will be sharing their amazing projects created with the Heartfelt Collection.

I think you will really enjoy Heartfelt as it has something for everyone. There are Stitchlits, dies, floral dies, an adorable house and pocket die, plus a brand new Journal die. Let’s have a look at my new Heartfelt Sizzix Collection.

Tracy Evans has a L-O-V-Ely Mixed-Media Journal to share featuring my new Journal die and the Word Stitchlits. Tracy’s composition on this journal is STUNNING!
