Valentine Tag

28 Jan

I am back! After CHA I caught some kind of flu and am just now feeling back to normal. Being sick is a big pain but it makes me so grateful for feeling good normally…

Valentine’s Day will be here before we know it! Here’s a quick tag that would also work great on a card.

You-and-me-jar-eileenhull.com

  1. Die cut the larger die from my Sizzix Canning Jar die from off- white cardstock with a Heart Mover and Shaper insert.
  2. Die cut another solid Canning Jar from red cardstock and adhere beneath the off-white jar.
  3. Punch a small hole in the top of the can and tie with red baker’s twine.
  4. Stamp a sentiment at the bottom of the jar. (I used a stamp from Glitz Design.)
  5. Tie a pice of twine around the top of the jar.

That’s it! More coming soon…

Cute tag, Eileen! Nice and quick for last minute goodies.
Thanks for taking my ‘pink baby box’ to CHA with you. I spotted it on one of the photos taken there. Couldn’t have made me more proud!!!

Hope you are feeling back to yourself REAL SOON.
    Wishes,

Hi Debbie- thanks for your comment! Yes, I sure did have your project there at CHA- I love it. Feeling almost 100% today. Hope all’s well with you! Eileen 🙂

You KNOW I’m loving this tag design. By any chance will our fun RED TAGS work for the background card stock? I don’t have your jar die yet so I don’t know if they’re a fit. How fun would that be? I’m still looking for ways to use that red tag. 🙂 Time to come up with something as cool as your design here, before Valentine’s Day is over and done.

So glad you are over the flu. Being sick sucks!

Keep up the great ideas and posts, Eileen!

Thanks Kimmie! I will bet the red tags would work just perfectly! Not sure if I have any left if you can believe that! Feeling a lot better today- finally. Is it cold by you?

LOVE the change up with your blog background art. NICE how you used your embossing folder for the main design…colored it and then did a WALLPAPER pattern. LOVE THIS!

I am still working on the site. I moved from Blogger to WordPress but needed help. It’s whole other world and have to learn MORE computer stuff- it never ends! But yes, liking how simple and clean it looks… but lots more to add… Thanks for noticing 🙂
