Thanks to you all I am getting in the Christmas mood in November- it usually doesn’t kick in for me till December. A huge thanks to Jennifer Priest who coordinated this blog hop for inviting me and allowing me to be part of the fun. She did an amazing job!







Here’s a quick album I made using Simple Stories papers I bought on my trip to Houston. I used my ScoreBoard Photo Album die and several coordinated papers to create this album.

I covered the matboard sheets with a coating of spray adhesive then placed papers cut to size on top of them. Then I ran them through the Big Shot. This fuses the paper to the matboard and cuts everything perfectly.

The album pages were then distressed with brown ink. This time I decided to use my Bind-It-All to put the pages together, so I used the binding section that came with the die as a decorative element instead. 

The final touch was a flower I made of packing paper cut from my Flower, Layers #9 and Leaves dies.

    OMG, Eileen. I love your mini album. I never thought to run the paper/chipboard piece through the machine to help fuse them together, but it certainly makes sense. Great tip, beautiful book. Need to make one, or two, or three ….

    I am so glad that I came across your addition. I didn’t know that there was a book/album die and I have a flower die that makes this flower. I now know what I can do with the flowers I’ve made. It works beautifully with this album.
