Today it’s time for another One Die Two Ways creative session with Margaret and me! Today we are working with old favorites paired with the new ones. Can’t wait to see what interesting combinations are created! Get out your supplies and work along with us – we’d love to see what you make. Please post them in the Eileen Hull Fan Club so we all can see and be inspired 🙂
I hope you were able to catch the live with Guest Designer Cez Tolentino last Friday! I loved hearing about how she is inspired and and seeing what she has created!
More Creative Ideas from the Team!
Our theme this month was “Alphabet Soup”! Projects had a special emphasis on the Nora Alphabet and Numbers Die Sets. We’ve certainly seen a ton of inspiring makes and we have a last few to share this week, plus the round up video.
Lisa Hoel altered a vintage cigar box to make a shadowbox diorama. She used a combination of vintage ephemera, patterned paper and of course the new dies and embossing folder from Eileen’s Sizzix collection! Check out the details here. (Stitched Hearts, Page Edges, Ephemera Pocket & Tags, Nora Alphabet & Numbers sets, Garden Gate, Windowsill Vase & Flowers)

Inspired by wood letterpress blocks, Jenny Marples created a cool and colorful birthday card using the Nora Alphabet and Numbers Die Sets. Find a closer look in her reel!
Elizabeth Robinison has a mini tutorial for you about how she made her alphabet journal cover. Find it here!
More news from Eileen…
Hi all! I am feeling back to normal three weeks post-op. Don’t worry though – I am still getting my naps and not moving any furniture around 🙂 We are getting ready for our annual family Fourth of July beach trip. Looks like we are at 6 adults and 8 kids at the house – quite a houseful 🙂 I am bringing Daisy (my new/old trailer) and parking her behind the house for Trinity and her friend Charlotte to stay in – they can’t wait!
I am bringing supplies for the kids and I to create with so if I do a live next week, it could be a little loud and crazy. Since we will not be on a regular schedule, the live may not be at the usual time so make sure you are signed up for notifications, that way you will know when we are going live… Stay tuned!
I finished the Stitched Hearts project we created on Tuesday and just wanted you to see how they came out. I went down the rabbit hole and made a bunch of paper beads (thanks to a suggestion from someone in the chat). Let me know if you’d like a quick tutorial on how to make them – they are really easy and I like that you can make them to coordinate with the paper line you are working with!
